Sounds like a case of the 850 bus if you go from Twyford, or either the 800 (misses Twyford) or 850 from Reading.

Cancellations to services between Twyford and Henley-On-Thames

Due to a fault on this train between Twyford and Henley-On-Thames all lines are closed.
Train services running to and from these stations will be cancelled. Disruption is expected until 13:00 26/07.

Not a good morning in the Thames Valley.   The unit on the Marlow branch has also broken down.  Both have gone back to Reading.

Was only one round trip donkey cancelled listed as problems with the doors

Replacement unit came from Reading to pick up service with the 11:02 to Marlow.  The Henley service resumed with the 10:45 from Twyford.
